Initially specializing in HVAC & refrigeration, this once single trade firm has expanded to a complete mechanical service company. Quality holds precedence with the ServTech organization. It’s a key factor that hasn’t wavered since our opening.

ServTech Builders Ltd has the capacity & experience to design, budget, service & construct any HVAC/R, mechanical & plumbing project. Founded in 2013, this company has grown from a small operation working out of the back of a truck, to a fleet of vans with certified master technicians.
